PIP consultation audio recording

Had my PIP consultation today at PIP assessment centre.
Asked for audio recording on my phone beside audio recording with Capita recording device, but assessor declined my request.
After assessment received DVD from assessor, but disk won't work. Tested on two different devices. One show disk - empty, another computer can't read disk at all.
Likely not finalised disk after assessment.
Even assessor declined my request to record with my phone - I still have audio record on my phone - accidentally pressed record button and put on the table opposite me.
Need ask for another copy, but very likely another copy won't works too, or just use file from my mobile phone?

Checked disk again - disability advisor give me blank DVD disk.
Can I use PIP consultation audio record from me phone if assessor declined to use my phone for consultation audio recording?
In case if I not happy with assessment report and PIP award. -
As you say, you can ask for another copy of the audio recording. You can certainly use your phone recording for your personal use to remind you as to what was said at your assessment, but I don't think it would be helpful other than that.

I doubt if Capital have another copy, because likely assessor "forgot" press something.
I had problems with same assessor during assessment on 2019. During transition from DLA to PIP.
Assessor not included all information and later after my complain "forgot about my assessment, because too busy". And give me 0 points on both parts.
After some battle later , awarded higher rate on both parts (new PIP claim after unlucky MR and Tribunal).
