We are hoping to interview about 15-20 participants with the following criteria:

-     Be over 18 years old
-     Be fluent in English
-     Live with CP
-     Not currently receiving any form of psychological therapy
-     Identify as having lived experiences of mental health difficulties related to living with CP
-     Access to a stable internet connection (for online interviews) or stable line (for over-the-phone interviews)
-     Access to a private space for the interview to ensure confidentiality


Participants will be reimbursed for their time with a £30 Amazon voucher and the study has obtained ethical approval from the University of Surrey
