in Start here and say hello!
Hi

New here my name is Jim im 53 i have DDD with 3 discs effected pain daily. 
Hoping with this fourm to learn more about this condition and the way in might effect me in the long term .
Im in pain every day my walking has got a lot slower and shorter i have to stop and rest before continuing on as the pain gets so bad.
