Form filling?

Have you ever tried to fill out a form andsaid, this is to much I need help?
  WELL, I am their now.  I am filling out a form for my wife.  So to get help I rang the DWP and PIP's.
  What I want to know is after going through all the security and passing I was played music for 73 minutes......  To make matters worse, they knew my name yet insisted in calling me shortly?
  This was not once but I would say 2 or 3 times a minute?
  I'm sorry our lines are very busy right now, please stay on the line and an operative will be with you, "shortly"
  I ask you "shortly" I'm 6 foot tall?  What's the point of asking questions at the start?

    This although true, is meant as a light hearted look at how things are going "Foward?" 
      Are lists getting smaller?  I just can't understand with the technology we have how we are Back to normal, if their will be such a thing.
      I just need treatment now not in 6 months, and I want private companies offering me an excuse to "jump the NHS " waiting list.  I love the NHS go to the government who run the NHS and offer them your services to reduce waiting time.

    The DWP is not 'fit for purpose', but it suits them not to look after people, to stress and worry them, they have been doing it for 13 years and getting away with it.

    They really need a 'class action' against them, their shortcomings which has 'effected' millions of 'vulnerable' people.

      We are supposed to be getting better at what we do not have to wait for an hour listening to music, wondering if there really is someone going to answer?
      Why?  we had the government state that they would answer withing 3 rings?  But not to be put into a "BOBBIE our bi-lingual, the Robot" who is still learning and cannot understand your voice?  Then says Stay on the line and I will connect you as soon as a operative becomes available, then spend the next 1 hour waiting.
      The shock when some one answers sometimes causes me to slide the bar to far and its disconnected and start again?
