On their website it says something like
They work closely with you to help you build the resilience and strategies to manage your own mental health
That just sounds weird to me
Sounds like the govt talking
I know they use CBT which doesn't work for me personally.
I havent been referred to them yet and unsure it would work out
People with various mh problems and we are all different within those problems need counseling, and sessions with psychologists, also practical support
Govt doesn't want to spend the money, instead try to move us off benefits whilst giving the general public a bad opinion of people with mh problems as not wanting to help themselves.
My humble opinion.
