Hello @Paul79
Welcome to the community!I am so sorry to hear your IBD has been flaring for you.
I am a fellow IBD'er with Ulcerative Colitis and now a stoma. I would encourage you to reach out to your IBD nurses. If anything, to log the timeline of your flares to help aid with any changes you may have to medications. For support with your symptoms, everyone is different, but GUTS UK and Crohns & Colitis UK have some fantastic resources on their websites.
Personally, I found limiting dairy helps. Mindfulness helps with the anxiety and stress. And I also found planning my day and journey's helps. As I always make sure I have a contingency plan and know where all the toilets on route are.0
