Hello,
I know I'm probably panicking needlessly but at 8.30 this morning I received a text from DWP saying they've been trying to contact me about my claim and will call between 9 and 9.30am. I'm still sat here anxiously waiting. I haven't had any missed calls, has anyone received the same text, did they eventually call? I am in the process of appealing my MR and they have until the 11th of this month to respond. I'm starting to get myself in a state, which I know isn't helping, but I'm not sure what to do.

Sometimes they don’t always ring during the timescale they give you. Hopefully you’ve received the call now.0

Thanks Poppy, I've received another text saying they've responded to my appeal and I don't need to do anything else as a hearing needs to be booked for tribunal 😔0
