Hi I have been a long time viewer of this site and have found valuable help and information from it.
I have just had my pip assessment over the phone this morning and it only lasted 35 minutes but I have just received another phone call from the assessor wanting to know about my children, names and ages and says that she is going to do a social service referral done as they help me on a daily basis.
I'm now worried about about this. My children have a safe environment to live in and my problem is a physical problem with my nerves in neck, shoulder and arm.
Is this normal? My children are 14 and 12.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi there @bubbles129 and welcome to the community! Well, welcome to posting on the community anyway. I hope you're doing ok today after the assessment?
I'm sure some of our super smart regulars will be along to advise shortly, but I just wanted to say hi and let you know I've moved your post into the PIP category so more people in the know can see it.0
