hi all iv had both my knees replaced 5 years ago at the age of 50

Hey @tez67, welcome to the community. I hope you're doing okay after your knee replacements, it takes a while to recover from them from what I remember.
I say from "what I remember" because my Dad had one of his knees replaced in his 20s. I was still very young of course but I remember him using a walking stick for quite a while. He's always had bad knees, the other one has managed now to his 50s and the doctors are trying a lot to help keep the cartilage that is left stay. Likely he will need it replaced soon, but it is amazing how far we've come in 30 years.0
