Hi @MarieE2020, I'm sorry to hear the struggle you're having. I hope we can get you some help.

Scope has an advice section on helping get children to sleep at night. I hope it has some tips that will be useful to you.

Can I ask if you live in Northamptonshire or London at all? Just because if you do Scope has a programme for helping with sleeping difficulties for 2-18 year olds in Northamptonshire and 4-18 year olds in London. While your daughter isn't yet eligible for the London one she soon will be if you live in that area.

You also have to be careful of your own health, Scope also has an advice page on Managing mental health as a parent. It'll give you information on where you can find support for your mental health.

I hope some of this information is helpful in some way. Let us know if none of the information is viable, I can try to see what else we have available! Also, let us know if you do live in London or Northamptonshire.

Hi @SiouxF, welcome to the community. Unfortunately the Sleep Right programme in London has now been brought to a close. But if you need some support you can still ring our Helpline or ask any questions you have on here 😊

Thanks Rosie. I support parents of autistic children and they often raise sleep concerns so I was looking at where else I can signpost them.
