Hi, my name is LainieD! How long does a review take for ADP?

Hi, I found this site by accident as I informed pip in January of change of circumstances. I then transferred to ADP on May 26th, it's now November 21st 2023 and just been told as today my review has been picked up with a case Manager. I'm now wondering how long I'll have to wait,Anyone else in same position as me, as I'm really stressed with this, worrying I will lose my current award of Daily living standard.

Hello @LainieD, welcome to the community. I hope you'll find it useful! I'm sorry you're feeling worried about your ADP. The timescales can be very different on each case, but hopefully some of our members will be able to let you know how long theirs took.
Just so you know, I've moved your post over to our Benefits section where people can find it more easily. I hope your review comes through soonRosie (she/her)

I just noticed that there was another new member here today that also reported changes to her PIP claim in January, which prompted a move to ADP. Infact their story is very similar to yours, you can see the thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/112148/adult-disability-payment-still-waiting-for-change-from-pip-is-there-anything-i-can-do#latestI don't have any advice for you i'm afraid, we rarely have ADP threads here.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
