Worried about what I'm going to do when my work and health program finishes next month

Hi,
I was put on the work and health program last December by my work coach at my local job centre plus.
I only found out when Iast saw my key worker that I will no longer be able to go for them for help and support with getting a job after the 6th of December as that's when I am no longer able to get their help and support as that's when my time comes to an end.
I don't know what to do when it does end as its helped me a lot as I have been seeing the health and wellbeing coach at the work and health program and I have a really nice key worker too.
My fiance has recently started a new job as he's now working in a warehouse, but he's doing his induction week this week and he's got to pass all of the tests and whatnot to stay in the job otherwise he will be asked to leave if he fails even one test.
I'm worried about what I'm going to do with getting help with looking for a job as ive not seen my work coach at my local job centre plus since earlier this year as she's not made me any more appointments to see her.
I don't know if I've got to let her know that I've finished the course or not as I wasn't told either way, but I'm going to ask my fiancé about it later when he gets home from work as he did the same course before me, but I can't remember if he had to let his work coach know or not after he'd finished the course as they'd found him his first job, which was a cleaner.

Hi @BrianMcFaddenfan07, sorry you haven't had any replies so far. Just thought I'd check in with you to see how you're getting on.
Scope have some Employment Services to help people into work if you're interested, others have found them really helpful
