Hi
My name is Andrew I have just turned 64 and I have mild cerebral palsy, which in my case hardly impacts my mobility so i am able to live independently and without any assistance. I do however have a distinctive limp and limited use of my right arm which has meant that I have been subjected to bullying and discrimination in the past, and because I am on my own with no local network of friends and family to support me I have begun to feel very isolated and vulnerable, particularly since i have had new neighbours move in who I suspect maybe trying to take advantage of me!
I am normally a happy optimistic person but along with all the other financial and discriminatory worries of these dark times we live in I am feeling increasingly depressed. So I am looking for some support, advice and like minded people in a similar situation who I can share problems with and maybe help.

Hi there @jimmyAndrew and welcome to the community.
We're all here to support each other as best we can in these very odd times, so if you needed any specific advice, please don't be afraid to ask. Likewise, if you just wanted to chat or play some games, I highly recommend our Coffee Lounge category. We also have an excellent cerebral palsy category as well.
Can I just ask, have you spoken to the police or anyone similar about your neighbours?1 -
Hi Ada and Albus_scope Thanks for the very warm welcome. Regarding contacting the police would be over the top. My new neighbours haven't done anything wrong just a slight intrusion on my privacy and some unwanted advice nothing serious. So It might just a touch of anxiety from being alone for so long. But thanks for you're concern

Hello @jimmyAndrew
I just wanted to comment as Citizen's Advice have an information page on complaining about your neighbour. It hopefully sounds like it won't be needed but I thought to share just in case2 -
Thanks Hannah
