Hi , please could you advise me if it’s possible to change the person who represents me at the tribunal and how does it work? Thank you
Does they need to let the tribunal to know that they will not represent me anymore and should i inform the tribunal about another person who is able to represent me or can this person to inform the tribunal about it ?
Im sorry I’m really anxious about it and im not able to handle it myself this whole pip process

You can tell HMCTS that you have a different person representing you. Are you also aware that even though you have a rep you will still be expected to speak for yourself during the hearing. Have you chose a telephone or in person hearing?

Thank you, it’s a paper based because they said it’s successful and im really scared to talk on the phone at the tribunal
i don’t know what to do now it’s too much for me1 -
Paper based means you will not need to appear in person or have a telephone hearing. A decision will be made on paper alone. Are you sure this is what you requested? Can you please explain what you mean by “successful” have they made a decision?0

Thank you yes it’s a paper based
the people who represent me said that paper based is successful

I did advise you of this in your previous thread. If you either choose a telephone/video hearing or appear in person then you have a 68% chance of success. It is an advice agency that's representing you? You don't usually have a representative with a paper based hearing because there's no actual hearing.

i have to sign the statement that the company who represents me at the tribunal they will send to tribunal and i don’t know what to do and im really scared to sign the statement that im confident ( because im not confident at all) that i understood everything the assessor said but possibly he didn’t understand what i was saying
my brain is not able to analyse it
i don’t remember the conversation with the assessor and i didn’t record it
im not confident and I’m really scared to write in my statement the sentence like .,. im confident etc
im not able to cope with this pip process on my own i really admire people who can do it
im feeling much more anxious than before and this situation makes me more sick
my brain is not able to analyse everything

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. I hope you're feeling just a little better at least. Why do you have to sign a statement saying you are confident and understand what was said to you during the assessment? Did you ask your rep why you have to do that? Seems a little strange to me because the assessment is all in the past and not something that they should be focusing on.1

Thank you poppy
they did send me this statement to sing after they got bundle and this is my response to what was written in bundle and essesment report
there will be my signature at the end of essesment

i have really high anxiety how can i write in the statement and to sign it that im confident
In my statement is written that i try not to leave the place where i live and I’m afraid of everything
yes that truth that im scared of everything but i don’t leave the house at all since May and before May i did not go outside as well
the word “try” is not correct in the statement
its a miracle that i didn’t loose my mind yet under all the circumstances0 -
If you think that some things they've written are incorrect then you need to tell your rep this. You need to tell them all about your health conditions and how they affect you. You are the only person that knows this.
