So apparently what they are trying to do with lcwra. So will it actually affect us now. Also I get carers for my son if changes do come to affect will I be affected?

As advised on your other thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/111870/will-the-proposed-lcwra-changes-only-apply-to-new-claims#latest what's been announced is what may happen from 2025. No one knows anything else for sure yet.It has nothing to do with carers allowance or carers element of UC.
