Hi all hope you are all well..
After advice...
I've had my pip decision I got 6points on the daily living and 4for the mobility... however after reading the report half the stuff I don't agree with...I took my daughter with me for the assessment and she agrees with me half of the report is wrong...is there anything I can do ...any advice would be appreciated

I wouldn't expect the report to state what you said word for word. It's their opinion based on what you wrote in the form, what you said during the assessment and any other additional evidence you sent.Your first step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. You have one month from the date of the decision to request it. You should put this in writing (not ring them) stating exactly where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. It's fine to mention a couple of obvious errors in the report but then put it to one side and forget about it because this isn't going to get you a PIP award. If you didn't include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

Hi @Rach1968, sorry to hear you didn't get the result you wanted from your PIP claim.
Poppy's given some really good advice here, it's worth trying the mandatory reconsideration if you're feeling up to it. Hope the letter writing goes okay, feel free to ask any questions you might have and keep us posted with how you get on1 -
Thank you for your kind words... feeling rather disappointed and worried about having to go to a tribunal because I found the whole assessment really stressful..not sure I have the fight in me but Monday is a new week ...I will keep you posted 🙏❤️0
