Missing Evidence

Hi everyone! I’m a newbie here.
I first applied for PIP on 16th October and had my telephone assessment on 8th December. I didn’t receive a text from the DWP saying that my report had been sent to them, so I assumed that it had been sent for audit. This is seemingly the case as someone from IAS tried to call me today, but I missed their call while I was working. I rang IAS’ main call centre, but all they could tell me over the phone was that the call was about ‘missing evidence’ and that the person who was trying to get in touch would call again.
Has anybody else ever had this issue? I’m wondering if they’re seeking further information about one of my conditions, or if they’ve lot a piece of supporting evidence. I know IAS have been in touch with my GP twice to request information before I was actually assessed, which is fairly unusual.
Any insights would be much appreciated.

woodbine said:@dani09uk hi and welcome to scope, looks like you might have to wait till they phone back to get to the bottom of this, did you keep copies (or originals) of everything you sent them?
I only really sent them confirmation of the medication I was on as I don’t have much other evidence about my conditions (my GP diagnosed my essential tremor/anxiety/depression and prescribed medication for them). I can easily find that again though. I’m just so confused by the whole thing as I would have expected any issues to have been flagged up during the phone assessment.0
