Hi everyone,
I received a strange phone call from DWP asking me if I have been abroad, hospital or
prison and to confirm bank details as well we if I am able to handle lump sump or prefer instalments. I was told decision maker is looking at my mandatory reconsideration and should get decision within 7-10 days.

I am not sure what to expect as on my original claim I was only given 2 points, however as I had person helping me with form and they wrongly advised me not to send any evidence with my original form as they will be used against me.
I did reconsideration myself and send lots of evidence from doctors and professionals.
Is that a good sign that they called? What is your experience?

Hello @blackflower
Welcome to the community!
I'm afraid I cannot say if it's a good sign or not in terms of the decision, but it's a good sign you've been called for the extra questions. They have gotten to you, so hopefully the wait isn't much longer!
