Hi so I didn't realise this from when I was moving from Income related employment support allowance with support group to UC that I had contribution based ESA aswell too. And then I received a letter that they was moving me from ESA to New Style ESA but I was still getting separate payments of ESA every fortnight but I have stopped those payments for it to be moved onto my universal credit payment and they sent me a letter today from HM revenue customs of a P45 from my employment support allowance claim is this to say what they've paid to me and do I need to worry about it at all. Now ive moved over to UC they did mess my claim up when I got my first statement on 13th May it told me my deductions and etc... it left me nothing when they took my housing out on the 17th may when I got my first payment so on my journal I thought it wasn't right my statement because how they work it out for me and then someone from DWP said its wasn't corrected so he said I'll do this urgently and I got a message saying that there was a underpayment of £382 and I received that payment and they corrected my statement now on the 23rd May and you know when I got the letter bout New Style ESA it mentioned about claimant commitment what does that mean anyway

No you don't need to do anything with the P45 except keep it with your paperwork.
When Contributions Based ESA changes to New Style ESA claimants need to agree a commitment, same as with UC.
For those migrating from ESA Support Group the only commitment is to keep them informed of any changes, again same as with UC.
