Really worried pip review

Hi
i had a text this morning about my pip review and I’m really worried.
I am at university studying a masters which I didn’t do when I applied. I receive DSA including taxis to university and back as well as DDSS. Because my pip is due to mental illness I am really worried.
I was discharged under the mental health team as the university has taken over. I chose to not have the community team as well as the university team because otherwise I’m constantly being visited and having to have meetings I already have two personal tutors (I know it’s a bit overkill haha).
my DDSS also includes things like extensions help with university work a scribe in a seminar if I need one.
im just so worried me being at university is going to be an issue and me going to university twice a week is going to be an issue for them.

I also have a laptop a printer noise cancelling headphones as well as academic tutors.
I also have deadlines at the end of January so to have this on top might cause me to be really ill. Which is something I really don’t want to happen because I’ve worked so hard to get to a very good university and to have some form of life.
I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar and what to put down on the forms. My illness has not changed however my circumstances have.
I got pip for things like memory issues lack of concentration etc etc which I still really struggle with at university. Also I didn’t get mobility however I do have free taxis to university and back because I do really struggle with travel. They’re pre booked so I don’t have to organise them either.
