4th jan social care calling or coming to assess if i get help
fingers crossed dont fancy reliving everything again it hurts to talk physically let alone emotionally and 1hr is not much time to cram everything in

i've replied to your query on another post, but as regards this upcoming assessment you can see more about it here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/help-from-social-services-and-charities/getting-a-needs-assessment/It's really just looking at practical solutions for yourself & identifying where you may struggle with any activities of daily living. Perhaps have someone with you for support, or having looked through this link, you could write some notes beforehand about where you need the most help with your daily activities to ensure that all the important aspects are looked at. This may mean you don't have to talk as much if you've already got this written down or printed out.0

thats the hard bit being upright, seated to write being seated to eat looking down crushes my windpipe difficult to swallow breathe i can lose the use of arms and hands either just shaking like a parkinsons sufferer or full on tingles varied positions cause many things like obviously my backside feels like 900 shards of glass in each cheek even typing on here is rough and a skin condition prevents clothing and ability to wear the brace i got0

Mandatory came back still no points another tribunal to deal with. social services waste of time contacting them carers wont come because im naked so they say . how the hell you supposed to get help when them that gives it say NO that means i have nowhere left to turn bloody disgrace this country0

Did social services give any ideas about what else you could try if the carers won't come?

having trouble with social servs they dont call back or answer phone just changing my last worker he was useless he was more like a dwp assessor than a helper didnt want to read any info which would help the situation im not medically trained i wont understand it his response it was in laymans terms0

PIPS sorted they conceded we were wrong to stop your benefits if we reinstate you and back pay you can you stop the tribunal i said no its not acceptable i have never scored anything in mobility even though i struggle just standing nevermind walking or doin anything physical now score above and beyond needed points0
