MR backpay

Hi all,


Hope you all had a pleasant Christmas,

If you have a MR and it is in fact successful, will they backpay from the initial pip claim or from the date the MR was submitted

    I see previous threads suggest this is a new claim. If you didn't transfer from DLA and your MR decision is changed in your favour then it will be from the date you rang to start your claim. Same applies if you end up taking it to Tribunal.
