Thank you, @Sandy_123 !It can be fatty, but you can cook it out. The actual meat is lean & tasty. If you don't mind some fat, the skin can be really good & crispy. Like it comes out at a Chinese restaurant really. Cheers, I'm sure that beef will make an appearance, hopefully missing me. Should invent a guard & catcher device.0

Lol it would be a good idea to have a guard. My freezer now looking less full after Xmas, but will run it down and I might even attemp to defrost it at some point. Not a job I do often as I don't bend well. Who knows what's lurking in there lol1
