Just diagnosed out of hospital after a scary 12 day stay. trying to eat foods that are good for flare up and diabeties!

    Good morning @marcoMARKrw  Welcome to the Community. I am sorry you have just spent 12 days in hospital. I hope you are able to manage your food needs. Perhaps you could keep a Food Diary so you can track any possible foods that cause a flare up. I wish you luck with this. Have a look around and join in when you are ready.     Hello @marcoMARKrw, welcome to the community. Sorry you've had a scary time in hospital lately, I hope things start to improve soon and that the community can be a source of friendship and support for you. Looks like Beaver has already given some good tips :)
