Just diagnosed out of hospital after a scary 12 day stay. trying to eat foods that are good for flare up and diabeties!

I am sorry you have just spent 12 days in hospital. I hope you are able to manage your food needs. Perhaps you could keep a Food Diary so you can track any possible foods that cause a flare up.
