I was due to receive my universal credit today, nothing has showed on my payments all week, I’ve left messages and phoned several times, today nothing went into bank and non of my bills including rent and car insurance was paid. Now I am low food, no gas and worried on what I’m meant to do now

Hello @djparker and welcome to the community.
I'm really sorry to read your UC wasn't paid when due. Has your statement been uploaded?
Unfortunately they're not open until Tuesday but I'd suggest on Tuesday asking for them to escalate your concern as your payment is past due.
Were there any changes to your claim this month that may have had to be manually looked at? Do you have enough food and things to cover you until Tuesday?

Hi Adrian I’ve been checking my uc online every day and nothing has changed, when it came to not seeing anything for payment I’ve called them and spoke to people who can only say we will send a message to your coach, unfortunately I’m on emergency gas and have little money to feed kids, but somehow by the grace of god, I will get through this, just can’t believe they have left me with nothing not even an explanation, our sky was cut off today and not paid so as you can imagine the kids aren’t happy, but I can live without the tv etc, just have to make sure we have enough electric and some food to get us by, god knows about the gas will just figure it out

Are you sure your payment is usually on 30th of every month? Usually they produce your statement about 6 days before that, did you receive that?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
My statement should have been released on 26th to view, was nothing was showing I phoned them to check, but I do receive it 30th of each month
