First UC commitments appointment, what to expect?

I recently signed onto UC having my left my last job due to stress and anxiety (yes I do realise I can probably get sanctioned for this!) and am now looking and applying for other jobs. I have my claimant commitments appointment tomorrow and was wondering what I should expect/ how long the interview should last.
FYI I have autism and anxiety so I just want to be (over) prepared!
Happy 2024 to all!

It will be to discuss your claimant commiments and what is expected of you. Have you reported your health condition and provided a fit note? By doing this you will be referred for a work capability assessment,(WCA) usually around day 29 of your claim. See link. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-condition-quick-guide/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-conditionYou need to make sure you continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on the WCA.Leaving your job because of medical reasons will mean it's unlikely you will be sanctioned.
