Trying to get through to pip

I've been calling for two days now to get the pip forms and half way through the questions the call keeps getting cut off I'm getting fed up trying why can't I just email them rather than getting stressed out

That's very interesting and definitely a new process they have recently started. It will be very helpful for so many people, if they can apply online. Thanks for posting that link, very very helpful.
