Hi every one for those who know me you all know I suffer badly with my mental illnesses and have been in and out of hospital nothing was working . I had a meds review recently and since then I have been feeling much better I have also been getting out more and treating my self more and it’s really helped . I have been able to hold down a job as well which wasn’t possible before . I’m thankful for every one on this forum that have got me threw my down days and who have got me threw my hospital stays thank you all xx

Oh wow it’s great to hear from you I have thought about you often, I’m so so happy things have turned around for you.
I remember how hard you had it, the last time you spoke you hadn’t that long been married.Oh and you are working that is amazing.
Thank you so much for coming back and letting us know off the fantastic way your life has turned out.
There will be a lot of other members who used to speak to you will be as delighted as I am once they see your post.

Hi every one I was sacked from my job for apparently falling asleep which is a utter lie I think they made it up because they didn’t want me working there and they can’t say it’s because of my mental health because it’s against the law . It’s really made me feel down .0
