Would you please look back in your journal to find the exact date you handed in your first fit note, as you've previously said you did so on the 2 July 2023?

I thought it was July.  It was issued on the 1st of may but I didn’t hand it in until the 27th September

Backdated fit notes are not usually accepted. It will be from the date you provided details of it. As chiarieds pointed out, in your other thread you said it was 2nd July you reported it. This maybe why you haven't yet received your first payment because now you're saying it was 27th Sept. Thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/113312/lcwra-payment#latest

We can only give advice based on the information you give. If you don't give the correct information then the advice given will be wrong.

Nah I went back on my journal and the first fit note was accepted on the 27th September. Then I had the telephone interview and when I called up to go through things throughly as I never really understood the letter.  They said I was awarded the decision on the 15/10/2023

That changes the first payment date considerably. Your waiting period will be as follows…
Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan… LCWRA starts from assessment period 15th Jan to 14th Feb and first payment will be 21st Feb. No LCWRA element is owed.
