Hi. Can someone refresh my memory.? was there something mentioned in the budget about people with limited capability for work in the support group not being re assessed or not being forced to look for work? Thanks

Not being reassessed has been mentioned but no one seems to know whether that means from now or from 2025. We also don't know if any of those changes will go ahead because there's GE planned for next year.

Hi. i'm a bit confused by my award letter. I am in the support group. Is this the same as having LCWRA?

LCWRA is the Universal Credit equivalent of ESA support group. They are essentially the same thing yes.0

Thanks Jimm. Only reason i was checking was they are speaking about perhaps not reassessing people after 2025 who have LCWRA and giving them a chance to work guarantee which i like the sound of. The gov website didn't mention to the ESA Support group so i was just checking they are the same thing. Thanks
