To fresh my mind my partner on my claim esa support group will it get stop as plan in 2028 since get no tax credit so stop in 2028 as plan since government did update on benefits past winter

    Yes they have delayed those cleaning Income Related ESA from migration to UC until 2028, unless a change of circumstances prompts a move in the meantime.
