I'm not going to lie @Hannah_Scope but getting some nice messages/responses from a handful of really nice people on here (as well as in real life) has been the most help but yes the driving is a good thing to do as well
I hope you are OK today3 -
I'm so glad I am keeping well thank you2

A dozen Harry Potter cupcakes @Hannah_Scope2

@66Mustang that's good driving is helping. I find getting out even just in the car is good. It means that both of us get out of the house even just to get a coffee and look out at the sea.1

@Teigr Pop the kettle on, I'm on my way1

Hi everyone thanks for the mentions I ended up out a drive with my friend and went for a cuppa for her birthday.@Teigr
Sorry you got soaked you’ll end up catching the cold. I bet your cakes look amazing as always.

@Ada
Hi I hope your doing ok the now that was a terrible carryon getting through to your chemist.
Ada I wish you and I could move to somewhere near the sea together 😊
@Beaver79
Hi I hope your BP is still ok.❤️4 -
Thanks @Lou67 that is really true and really kind of you to say
I hope you enjoyed your drive and drink
I have some good news (I think)
My Apple Watch beeped at me and told me there has been a change in my resting heart rate
It's gone down by 9 BPM, around 10%
It correlates perfectly with when I cut down my alcohol again. Maybe coincidence but surely not?
I know 80 is still high but I do have anxiety and some other things so that is perhaps understandable
