    Hi all, had a job interview this lunchtime for a part time runner, talking to the boss 144 people had applied for it and he was going through all144 interviews in the next 7 days, he was only expecting 6-8 applications, the world gone mad.

    @Lou67 fingers crossed the new pump heals up the last bit for you. At least its healing now.

    @Beaver79 isn't it great the way a bit of self care lifts the spirits. I like a wash and blow dry every so often. 

    @Ada I'm so glad you got your sleepers. You will need that sleep tonight.

    @emancherry33 there are so few jobs about and here (N Ireland) a lot of people have had to take a 2nd job just to make ends meet, like delivering food. We pay more for heating oil and petrol and electricity than the mainland.

    We went shopping earlier out the complex we were stuck in a taxi back. As the road was closed for the Turkey presedent flying in and driving out the airport.

    There are hairdressers that visit your home; I had one a few years back until she retired. I'd wash my hair just before she came, & then she'd cut it, also my neighbour's in my house. It was also much cheaper than using a salon; perhaps worth looking into.

    I'm sorry to read you need another pump @Lou67 but progress no matter how small is progress indeed. You'll get there.

    Yes someone coming to the house is much cheaper than going to a hairdresser.

    @Ada Doofy is slowly getting better, we had to take him back to the vets twice as he wasn't eating. But he's on the mend thanks. :)
