    I hope you are well and had a good sleep? True crime is a great subject I have followed many stories in the media over the years. I would imagine there are lots of podcasts out there I shall have to check them out at some point.

    One series which I came across was gangster produced by BBC studios.take a look.

    Hi all I hope yous have a lovely afternoon.
    I’ve been feeling a bit low past couple of days, my friend from next door phoned to ask if I fancy going a drive. So we are going just now I feel it’ll do me good instead of sitting overthinking everything.
    Catch up with you lovely lot after.

    It's certainly not the warmest today, I'm keeping my hat on! It was nice seeing ten mins of sunshine earlier though.

    A change of scene is good. I find even taking Mr Mary doll out in the car helps.

    @Amberpearl there's nothing worse than broken sleep. Hope it's better tonight. 

    @Ada you had a rough time with meds so hope the next few days are better. 

    My get up and go has got up and gone so I am planning to do 3 essential things to not overwhelm myself. 

    The Apprentice was good last night. 

    A new vape arrived in the post so I'll set that up. I'm 5 years on it and down to 6mg nicotine so that's a pat on the back. Positive attitude might make me feel better!
