We just went to Tesco to do the shopping for the month, we had to put both the back seats in the car down but managed to fit it all in my little Mini.

Finished my research and note making
Attended a quick meeting in order to discuss things at work  
Ate my packed lunch 
Met friends 
Had fun
Greeted a new therapy animal in training 
Made and ate my dinner
Took a brief shower 
Catnapped
