    Hi everyone thanks again for all your responses it’s meant a lot to me and I truly appreciate it.
    I got home a wee while ago I’ve put my pjs on already. I’m just going to have toast and tea and have a quiet night.
    Im really tired so I’m looking forward to my own bed after. 
    I hope yous all have a lovely night. I will catch up with yous better tomorrow.

    Pleased you're home @Lou67 - there's just no place like it, & your own bed! You're doing great, & proud of you for doing well with your physio, but for now just relax :)

    Hi @Sandy_123 I watched up to the last episode which I've kept for tomorrow 

    @Rosie_Scope I love baked potatoes and its an easy dinner when you are tired. I had mine with butter and cheese.

    I'm going to try and get my other half out in the car for a run tomorrow even though he is wracked with back pain. We are going stir crazy at home all the time.

    Good morning Ada I’ve had a not to bad night up and down a couple off times. I’ve put the electric blanket on for 5 minutes to trying help me to doze back off.
    I don’t know how you cope with so little sleep.
