    I haven't had a prescription go smoothly since around April I think. There's either been delays or just straight up "we can't provide this". My main concern is that it's really not good for the long-term efficacy of the medication to be going on and off it often.

    Its my grandson he will be 7 on Tues, but I'm celebrating his birthday on weekend, because I won't see him on the Tuesday, he's happy he will get his gifts early. That reminds me I need a Spiderman gift bag. Think I'll have to make a list.

    Happy birthday to your grandson @Sandy_123! Is he having a party? I used to love making up party games for my son's birthday's. He's 14 now so he's a bit too old for that 😂

    Managed to get back before the rain comes, even tho I wore a coat and it was too hot. We're on amber alert. I have not forgotten the cake. I'll have to see if someone will pick one up. Treated myself to some new trousers.

    Morning lovelies.

    It's my 42nd birthday today, that in itself isn't anything to celebrate but I'm out for a coffee with my mum and will treat myself to fish and chips.

    It's my mums birthday too, I always tell her me arriving early was the best present she ever had lol.

    So to make sure my day isn't ruined we're not answering any phone calls or opening any letters today.

    There's a pug on her own for an hour sulking bless her.

    Morning everyone, bit chilly today isnt it? Time to break out the extra thick socks! I didnt get to sleep until 4am, so please be gentle with me today haha.

    I have a fairly rigid routine I'm always up between 4 and 5, then it's take meds, feed and water the dog, check blood pressure and blood sugar then either go to coffee shop for opening at 6.30am (twice a week) or watch the soaps on streaming (yes I'm one of them).

    But I do have an hour in afternoon since I was still at school when I burn out. Usually between 1.30 and 2.30

    I think routine is super important for us @Nightcity, I'm the same, though my pets usually dictate what time I'm allowed to get up at. Though it's usually 6am. 😆

    I also tend to have a quick powernap at 1.30 (lunch break when working) just to stave off the burnout and reset the old emotions. I will definitely be napping on my lunch break today.
