    I went out to lunch today.

    Its been really bitterly cold and nowhere seems to have any heating on.

    Looking forward to watching Stricktly snuggled under a blanket with my heating on.

    I'm not sure how this day is going be . I'm still not looking forward for it if i had be with my mum again today . is already been mixed emotion for me . my mum already angry at me once again today . is be mixed emotion of frustrated, anger and anxious and on edge .

    I have a room inspection on Wednesday.. the landlord or the agency inspecting the room.. I truly hate it. It makes me physically an mentally sick .

    I will have to tidy up. I feel awful and it is only Monday.....

    Anyway.. I can not stop it.. and it happens like twice or three times a year.

    For someone with anxiety and mental problems. People in my room is such an invasion of privacy..it really hurts. I understand my mess and now I have to tidy up just to make the agency happy. I just hate it I hope it will pass soon. I will spend tiomorrow doing some spring cleaning...

    Afternoon. Bad weather today. I am back home. I do not think I will go out tomorrow .. so depressing weather. I hope you're all ok so far... It is very scary to think about the future so I rather don't .. I am watching telly.. sleepless in Seattle at about seven today .

    Cheesie film but entertaining... Any film on the telly just to keep the mind busy… ...

    Good luck at your appointment @Catherine21! Do you think you'd feel up to telling them that you mask a lot? At least if they have that information they can know that it's something you do. I'm sure they come across people who mask all the time.

    It's so hard to open up to strangers. I'm still dropping new information to my therapist two years after I started with her. She's used to it by now, very patient woman 😂 hope it goes well!
