@Sandy_123 - I know, right?
Bit stuck really.. go to bed anyway and risk missing it, or just wait up…?

Ok so far. Still concerned about the result of my reassessment. But as long as they keep paying.
Another thing.
Any news about Kirk hurricane. Apparently is coming to the UK.
I hope it treats us nicely.. and nothing major happens.

Good morning!
About to head to hospital for Mr to get colonoscopy and gastroscopy. It's been difficult for him eating such a restricted diet the last 3 days with diabetes.
I still am not eating or sleeping properly..

I get up between 4am and 5 every morning as my system and bladder wony allow anything else.

Thanks @Nightcity and @Teigr .
My eyes are full of gunk with not sleeping and it's raining really heavily so that mafe for an interesting car journey. I don't miss the morning rush hour into work at all. It would be beyond me now!
Hope it's not as dull and miserable where you all are!

@Nightcity My pattern has been all over the place the last few weeks. In winter, I tend to be up at night, (I find comfort in the dark and quiet), but in summer it was too hot to sleep during the day, so I ended up being awake 'normal' times. As soon as it got dark, I started to feel more comfortable.
But, I just can't seem to find a pattern that's good for what I need to achieve. I prefer being awake at night, but I also like to go for a long walk, which is probably not advisable in the middle of the night!
I've tried all sorts of patterns of sleep 10pm-10am (I need a lot of rest), 6am to 4pm, 11am to 11pm.. I just dont know.. it's winding me up at the moment..
Overexplaining there…
