    Bad day for me today. Anxiety off the scale. In catastrophising mode. Weekends difficult as I see noone and spend most of time keeping warming in bed.

    All this hanging on waiting to know what changes are going to be made to PIP/Other Benefits is causing immense stress/worry.

    I still work, but even when there I feel alone and isolated.

    Continuous anxiety and constantly scared. Know they say live for now, but it's difficult. Feelings of panic are becoming more frequent too.

    Uplifting times.

    I did sandy, all radiator valves replaced,a valve in the loft that was causing living room radiator to be permanently on was replaced and a new digital control panel ๐Ÿ˜Ž
