    good morning @Sandy_123 and everyone. I’ve been awake for hours but still waiting for my stomach to wake up so I can have breakfast before midday. There’s been a sprinkling of snow so no idea what will happen later.

    I've started a new diet on Dr's advice as my BP and chlorestol is up

    I. Need motivation. I'm. Really struggling

    Always hungry and goimg loo even more than normal

    Any tips on staying strong

    I've done 30 mins on my exercise bike

    @Amberpearl and food on the gi index glycaemic index (GI) will help you feel fuller for longer depending on what you allowed to eat or not. Good luck and take it one day at a time. If that’s too much break it down into chunks you can deal with and work out a meal plan daily or weekly.
