Amberpearl, I got into a right state during my last one because it was the second in a year! If you do tomorrow then that's fine. The agents were incredibly patient with me. They need to ask specific questions about what you've already told them.
You can give one-word answers because they just want confirmation from the horses mouth that you are who you say you are, no ISA, no savings etc. I don't think I prepared with documents or notes or anything like that. No need.
The last guy just got on my nerves because he'd read the whole paragraph again if I interrupted and I couldn't understand his heavy accent and it seemed to go on for ever 😖

And once they get the statements, do they ask you about every single transaction

And a freind loaned me 50 pounds once and I paid them back re mobile transfer

I read online they go through every single transaction with a fine tooth comb to check for discrepancies

@Amberpearl they might want to know how much is in the bank. Etc . They might not need evidence. Just be honest. If they ask about Bank statements tell them you are not good with computers. I am like you. I am ok with my phone but terrible with computers. I used to be good but I don't like technology. Do you have a social worker or support worker. Maybe they can help... I dread when they move me to UC. And evidence etc.. I have no support nor social worker so will have to do it myself and I can only hope It will be smooth sailing but not sure. Think maybe they do not need evidence..

My counselling service did offer me a social worker but I said no
I still have severe trauma for years of abuse, as well as my heakth conditions, so I get extremely nervous

@Amberpearl if they see eBay just tell them you only buy and never sell. I have not use eBay for many years maybe over a decade. But I buy in Amazon so maybe they will think I am selling. You can only be honest. And tell them your issues with computers. They might understand..

@Amberpearl anything you did not tell can maybe help in your favour as you might get more money more help. If you tell them but not sure . At the same time I treat them as people I don't trust. I feel like this is a plot against me. It is hard they Should leave people alone. A support worker doesn't mean work but they can try to connect you to people groups etc..and they help with paperwork etc.. sometimes even taking to them for you. But you can have them for very sort periods of tirme. Now I have none in my case... . Anyway... I hope it goes well.

Amberpearl, I was wrong to say you won't need documents or notes as you will need to confirm your National Insurance number (I've memorised mine)
Possibly may be asked to confirm your bank account details too.
UC are not interested in your spending as other members keep advising. It's not a reassessment or a route to any increase in your award. Checking that you are getting "the correct amount" means checking you aren't getting too much!
They want confirmation of information you have already given them and that's all. They are standard questions asked of all UC claimants.
