@Albus_Scope thanks for the message and that's a great saying and I totally agree.

Just I feel like I really need someone to share my life with, who is a "peer", and who can support me and hopefully I will be able to do the same for them, and who is not like a parent or something, if that makes sense?

I know thats an odd thing for someone with autism to say as I am meant to like being alone!!! Also I don't know if thats to do with my gender issues? I also think that how I think is an odd way for a bloke to think because most blokes only want a relationship for one main reason 🙄 but for me that couldn't be further from the truth.

I am just back from the dog walk, we did 1.8 miles today but this was with my Mum who has a bad knee so that was really good for her!!!

@66Mustang you have the right attitude. I was in an abusive marriage before and never felt as lonely before. 

It's misty, lashing with rain and horrible here today. 

I am just back from an appointment with my cpn. 6 months on and they still haven't arranged my medication review which is badly needed. I can't show frustration in case they kick me off the service 😒 

Remember that the most important person to love is yourself first! Took me years to get that 😊

Are you still able to get your meds without the review?

My GP surgery is literally as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike right now and hasn't done a med review for over 12 months. Each time I request a new prescription I just write a custom message like "all meds still required, no med reviews available" and they grant me the meds for another month.
