    @Catherine21 i hope you start feeling better soon, we learn to cope although its not always easy. I've had a cry today it would have been my sisters 55th birthday today. My niece put a post on Facebook, some beautiful pictures, some sad poignant words and the tears fell, as I told her how proud she will be seeing how well that she is doing and my Nephew is doing well to. I was then in tears watching joe & Stacey and then the second episode tonight of Waterloo Road. Life continues on, as we grief our loss"s.

    @xodza I know i was told it would be too much to have it done, so that put me off. It's not very nice by all accounts. Im like you I learn to live with it, but best to get it checked out just in case.

    It's raining

    Haf rough night sleep

    Both knees throbbing

    Still opening my bowels a lot and a little blood

    Stomach feels upset this morning

    It hurts to walk

    I'm. Tired and just what to sit

    Is that sad

    Xray is Monday

    I did 2 poop sample s

    Still no cardiology appointment

    I really didn't expect it as the last two assessments they reduced my award and I got it overturned on m.r

    The stress of claiming over the years really took its toll on my health.

    My cardiology appointment just came through

    5th November

    9 40am at the cardiac centre

    I have to have a ecg 30 minutes before the appointment

    Been waiting since 5th june

    Still a good month away and it's only a chat

    The meds I was given are causing me more bother than the actual condition

    My. Pulse is 104

    Xray on my knee on Monday

    Waiting for a physio appointment too

    I have the dentist on Tues but with my knee like this I'm. Unable to climb the 4 flights of stairs

    They don't have a lift either

    It's been one thing after another

    I've done 2 poop sample s Dr's requested too

    1 to Dr's surgery, other a fit test you send in post

    I just hobbled to the post box

    Not very nice weather out there too

    I waited until the rain stopped

    Better than last night

    Awful night

    It's been one thing after another recently

    I stared feeling ill at 8pm last night, like really nauseous

    T h en I got a random pain between my breast bone

    I was scared

    I was sick 6 times and retching

    Had no sleep until 530 toi

    Sharp continuous pain between breasts all night

    Dudbt stop til 530am

    I managed to sleep too 6 4 5 then that was it

    Pain finally gone

    I don't know what it was but it was pretty scary

    My BP was do erratic

    I took it 5 times

    At 10pm it was 150 over 114 p105

    Then did it again 5 minutes later

    166 over 124 p65

    So weird

    Anyone else had that or know s wgat it is

    @Amberpearl I take betta blockers your bp very high and can be problematic to your health suggestions is contact doctor if not on meds as is high
