Try not to worry i know it's so so hard it just robs us of everything it's soul destroying take one day at a time step by step it's the overthinking the reacting what could possibly happen and it's always the worse case you are doing amazing give yourself credit your volunteering did uc move getting out more real progress

Got put on list for therapy six to 12 month wait I feel so lost without fifi I'm so scared I will sink into abyss without her I was in a very dark place when she came into my world she changed my life she was an earth angel so was my soul I been dosing myself up to sleep I've got migrstiom letter downstairs cant bare to think of doing it oh my darling love my baby girl my one true love my eyes look for you my arms yearn for you my heart breaks over 15 years always in my arms kisses cuddles everyday never protested I loved you every second I knew how blessed I was everybody says how I treated you like a princess oh my love my sweet baby so many memories all of pure love I was never alone I didn't need anyone you filled my world up angels bathe my fifi in love I love you fifi I love you ❤️

Not really if I'm honest I know you understand I'm just lying here I cant bare to look at her pictures how do you handle it i walked round the park screaming sobbing I told my dad yesterday now I'm thinking I shouldn't have he was sobbing she was four pounds 6 and so clever honestly so clever and very in tuned to me my one true love I have pixie which I'm so grateful for she's very quiet doesn't help I'm sobbing oh my fifi

@Catherine21 I'm so sorry to hear about Fifi. I can't imagine how much your heart is breaking. Let the tears flow but try to make time to do something nice for yourself. It's a big shock to lose such an important part of your family after 15 years. It will take time to feel better but it will happen. I'm glad that you're on a waiting list for therapy, I hope the wait isn't too long. Sending gentle hugs.

Thankyou racheal yh awful just awful i do over a thousand times the pain is worth it to have fifi she was a total joy and I never took her for granted I knew how special she is and was my one one true love my soul the world is a different place without her I'm looking at what's happening in the world the beautiful young lady on tube in America the gentleman who was shot yesterday gaza and keep telling myself it was fifi time it was her time ILOVE YOU FIFI 💖

Catherine I hope therapy works. You might not have to wait for too long. . I am starting therapy next week. Mine was also about 6 months wait. I have tried so many. I am already saying it will not work. But I will give it a shot. I need to get my anxiety down it is really ruining my life. Anyway. Now a long day until bed time.

Weather is changing.. getting colder and days will get shorter. I really dislike wintertime. Short days and misery. I do not like it. Dark very early etc.. I got one of those clocks that mimic daylight ..I guess I will have to use it. But I lately live in darkness with all blinds down.
Fifi will be in a place with no suffering no pain. Only peacefulness..
Have a good day any of those who will be out and enjoying outside. Bad weather will come and it won't be a time to be outside. Only when strictly necessary.

Oh @Catherine21 I'm so so sorry you're having to go through this. But it DOES get better. You'll never forget her, but you'll feel the pain less as time goes on. And you know she'd hate to know you were sad.
I've lost several dogs over the years, so I know how rough it is right now. Me and the pack send big love. ❤️0
