Got my cardiology appointment tomorrow morning

@Schildpad are UC pestering you about getting back into work? That's voluntary so you can just ignore it 😊 Be kind to yourself and let yourself rest for the day if that's what you need, don't push yourself too hard.
Good luck with your appointment @Amberpearl! How are you feeling about it?

thank you.. i know.. but this is the second time they say it is voluntary but do they expect me to reply and say no thank you or i just ignore it.. i did so a few day ago.. and they repeat the same reminding me they texted me….. i do not want to deal with them so i will ignore it again.. Honestly the anxiety they put onto people it is ridiculous.. it is the same .. it is voluntary and if i need help and blah blah blah… same wording … it is really copy and paste…. i really need to move on.. this is getting very scary i do know in my group i can not be forced… but things might change.. i am really considering something from home… i guess next year will be a year of good changes….

i am not ready i might try to move on… but i rather try myself than one of their job choices…. i know they are desperate for care jobs… etc… But i am willing to do something that will help me mentally and not make it worse.. i do not trust the dwp. it is very little in our favour and only in theirs.. i think i will ignore it again.. i will double check tomorrow with the group i am volunteering and i will see.. The problem with the help the provide is about pointless training or a training i am not interested at all.

It is one thing after another....I got another message from the agency this time about an inspection in the rooms for mold etc... No rest. I am always anxious......

Morning all
Its so cold here.
It rained all night and kept me awake.
I haven't managed to get out for ten days due to health issues.
I wonder if I may be able to get out today despite it being so cold here.

Out of my chair at last today and I managed to walk around fifty three steps today unaided.
Ok it took me a while.
Lots of hidden tears or pain but getting there slowly.
I see my car outside and want to be able to drive again without having the vehicle modified.

I lost my spare car key today. Realised it must've come out of my pocket and fallen onto the floor when taking out my wallet when I was shopping today. Getting a new car key cut can cost hundreds.
I didn't have much hope that I'd find it but I went back to town anyway, I looked on the floor where I had parked previously, it wasn't there, I looked on the floor around the ticket machine where I pay to get ticket for parking, it wasn't there either, I then went into Tesco where I had been shopping with the plan of going to Home Bargains next if it's not at Tesco, I went over to the checkout where I had been previously and it wasn't on the floor there either, with not having much hope I asked the cashier if anyone had handed him a car key that they had found on the floor, he said yes and it's at customer service! I went over there and got my key back, I said 'Thank God for that! Thanks!'.
I feel so lucky. 🙂
Anyway I started thinking about how can I make sure I don't lose any of my spare keys or even main keys in the future. It was then when I remembered something I hadn't thought about probably since I left school back in 1992, and its those coloured plastic clips that attach to one of the loops on your jeans with a coloured coil coming from it which you attach your keys onto and then you can just put them in your pocket and they'll never get lost, they were quite common in the late 80's and early 90's, what blast from the past, so I've now bought one from ebay.
