Good morning everyone ☺️ gorgeous day here again. Might try to get out for a little walk at lunch time if it stays nice. I love this kind of weather, sunny and crisp!
Did anyone do anything nice over the weekend?

I have to stay at home today. I just have a bad case of anxiety and today is not good. I am always scared. We live on a time of changes. The scary bit is the older I get the harder will be to move on. Also the fact technology is taking over and AI is replacing us. That will make it harder to get a job I could do. It is a very scary world out there. It is hard not to think about it. And I am scared to be forced to do a job I do not want to do. And I dread the time when the system will stop the benefits. But anyway. Today I will stay at home. Weather is not great so several people are sick or off away. So I guess they did not gather for todays session. But I messaged to say I am sick...
Anyway. Sorry for the gloomy message but it is hard...

Is there anything you could do to make the days feel different @Amberpearl? Perhaps something like starting a new hobby or learning a skill of some kind. Does your GP have a social prescribing service? Sometimes they can help you access things to help you improve your quality of life.
If you'd like someone new to talk to, you can often get befriending services who visit people who feel isolated. It's usually friendly people who will offer a phone call or come round for a cup of tea every now and again. Might be worth an internet search if you'd find that kind of thing comforting. There's a website here with a directory to search: ☺️

Social prescribing @Amberpearl is a good thing. And it got me into going to places. Sometimes I just do not feel well. But other times I just see people and get busy until I have to go back home. And yes the gp can help with that. But then is back home.. it is worse to be in our own. Also community centres. Basically any place where they do activities... You spend a couple of hours.. but it is fun.. .. every week is the same places but I see people and. It is like socialising that I dread a bit but make it easier over time.
