    I've had an echo dot for years and I've just realised there's a plug in for headphones, I actually thought it was for another speaker.

    Morning I had no Monday session today. everybody seem to be sick one way or anohter. it was ok as i am very very anxious. i am always so so scared… anyway i am now at home and even if weather is nice i will stay at home.

    Had uncomfortable stomach for hours

    Constant nausea

    Been sick

    Not hungry

    I have been completely knocked for six today due to endless nights of lack of sleep.

    I literally couldn't stay awake so I went back to bed and drifted in and out of sleep.

    I try so hard not to do that but I thought what the heck, I know I won't sleep again tonight so I may as well try and get some kip while I can.

    Its been raining here but mild.

    I'm looking forward to watching the soaps later.

    I slept on and off last night.

    I've had to get up early I'm expecting an engineer to install different broadband.

    Its looking dull and likely to rain here.

    I've had my new internet provider installed this morning and it was done quicker than I had anticipated so I'm pleased with that.

    I watched a bit of Reeves budget before drifting asleep for a little while.

    The sun has made an appearance and I would love to go out and enjoy it but I'm so exhausted and I only managed to drum up the energy to have a shower.

    I am going to watch Corrie I recorded last night and I look forward to watching the soaps later.

    I feel lonely stuck here on my own again.

    Whenever my dog is not in the mood for a walk, he will hide under the big chair in th living room or behind the telly!!! I am convinced it's because he knows nobody can reach him there🤣🤣

    Ahahaha the "wild animal bones" made me laugh, i'm glad it helped make things easier and kept them quiet for a bit!

    Ahaha it sounds like Natalie-Tiffany is the most well behaved, also, that is a great name for a dog!! I love human names for animals @Santosha12😍

    At home.. i could not leave home.today so i cancelled today as well. My anxiety is bad. I have stomach ache. I just do not feel ok.

    My rent went up. I sent evidence to the uc. I hope rhat will sufice and they will not force to go to an interview.

    My parcel that I have stayed in all day for arrived half an hour ago. At least it came.

    Not a totally wasted day I had my nails done this morning the lady came to me.
