    Good morning everyone.

    I am sorry to those of you who are feeling unwell and I hope you soon feel better.

    I managed to sleep and and off.

    The sun is shining and I am going out to look around some shops.

    I'm hoping it won't be busy as I can't walk far and people tend not to notice hidden disabilities which I have and they stand all over the isles and position trolleys making it impossible to get passed because they seem oblivious that some of us find it a real struggle.

    Do you have any medicine evidence related to your new conditions, such as letters from healthcare professionals or test results that you can put in there @Amberpearl?

    Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better and I hope you have a good time at volunteering @Schildpad! Have you got any plans after it? A film?

    That sounds nice @Schildpad, hope you have a peaceful evening and enjoy the fiml.

    It may be worth asking the GP to print out any letters of diagnosis etc if this is possible at your GP, just so you have physical evidence you can put in there @Amberpearl

    Hi

    I did have a good day despite feeling quite weak and unwell.

    Maybe I shouldn't have gone out because I barely mustered up the strength to walk.

    I bought a lovely cardigan and a pair of jeans.

    I got home to a nice veg curry in the slow cooker my partner had made for us.

    I am now relaxing and watching the soaps.
