    Good morning all!

    It's a chilly but sunny day here today!

    I'm feeling a bit sore today. My friend and I have been going to a boxing class once a week for a month now and we are still really enjoying it! I can't do any of the lower body exercises and movements due to my disability but the instructor is really understanding and always gives me modifications which has been so good and helpful.

    Ouch that sounds very painful @Amberpearl!!

    Aww that sounds so cute, I bet your dogs are going to love that @Santosha12. I saw lots of different types of dog paddling pools the other day in B&M. My dog would hate those though, he hates water and getting wet…he jumps over puddles!!!

    I went out with my partner but we didn't stay out long as its been blowing a gale here.

    Thank you @Catherine21! Gradually unpacking, but the flat looks like a bomb's gone off at the moment! I know what you mean about accumulating stuff over the years. I was only in my previous place for 5 years, but the amount of things to pack and get rid of was a bit overwhelming. I've had to do a big declutter to move in here and it there's still a ton of stuff to sort! But I'll get there eventually I'm sure ☺️

    That sounds so uncomfortable @Amberpearl. Have you told your doctors about the swelling and rash? Hope it eases soon.

    Not too bad, Doctors appointment went well this lunch time, although I forgot to tell her about the tickly cough I've had for a while.

    Been wearing my Batman suit and large cape (no mask) all day as well, I look pretty cool.
